Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges on fresh produce items within 1 hour of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Perishable items such as fresh produce that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Free Local Delivery:

We are delighted to offer free delivery for local orders within the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) area.

Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Outside of the DMV Area:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Customers outside of the DMV area will be responsible for shipping costs.

Orders totaling $100 or more for customers outside of the DMV area will qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs will vary based on location and the weight of the order.

Upon checkout, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed for your convenience.

Delivery Timeframes:

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery times for orders outside of the DMV area will vary depending on the destination. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track the status of your delivery using the provided tracking number through our website or the designated shipping carrier's website.

Missing or Stolen Shipments:

In the unfortunate event that your shipment is missing or stolen, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.

Please note that EightFold Farms DC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently missing or stolen.

Customers may opt to purchase shipping insurance at checkout for added protection against missing or stolen shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery:

EightFold Farms DC  is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date.

If a delivery is refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery or return of the package.
