Delivery Split Across Two Parcels
One AUTODOC order was divided into two parcels, and the second tracking number started moving later than the first. The order page still shows everything as active, so I am mainly trying to understand whether split deliveries are common there. Has anyone received parts from the same order on different days, and did both parcels update normally without contacting support? It would help to know whether staggered shipping is normal for mixed parts orders.

Split deliveries make more sense when I treat each parcel as its own shipment, so I keep https://autodoc.pissedconsumer.com/review.html beside both tracking numbers, dispatch dates, and the parts assigned to each box. The order page still showing every item as active suggests the later parcel has not dropped out of the order. I’d compare the first scan for each package and note whether both keep updating normally. A mixed parts order may leave more than one warehouse. If the second box simply starts moving later, that looks more like staggered fulfillment than a missing shipment.
